Single Annual Visit

This plan covers a single maintenance visit throughout the year. Timing of year to be determined by you (Spring/Fall/Mid-Summer)

- Conduct a visual inspection of outdoor lighting fixture placement and design, and suggest possible improvements.
- Check all connections and verify proper voltage delivery for each light to ensure color consistency and identify any hidden line issues.
- Straighten and adjust fixtures to maintain design integrity.
- Remove mulch and debris that might obstruct or diminish the light.
- Clean lenses and fixtures to ensure longevity and optimal light output.
- Tighten transformer terminal block connections.
- Conceal any exposed wires caused by foot traffic or erosion.
- Perform limited pruning as needed, with your guidance.
- Check the automatic timing and operational control system.

Plans start at $125 annually, to be paid after maintenance visit is completed.
Visit includes up to (1) hour of labor. Any additional time spent on site to be billed at $105/hour.
Bi-Annual Visits (Spring/Fall)

Boston Outdoor Lighting's Premium Maintenance plan is designed for you to have routine and automated maintenance of your custom outdoor lighting system. It includes (3) routine maintenance visits (Spring, Mid-Summer), and Fall) as well as up to (3) emergency service visits any time of year.
